Public Prayer Request -USE FORM BELOW
If you have a prayer request for the public prayer list, please fill out the form below. After one month, the prayer request for a non-member will be removed unless the request is resubmitted. You must have permission from an individual to place their name on the public prayer list.
Private Prayer Chain - DO NOT USE FORM
The Prayer Chain is faithful in holding up those who are in need of prayer. All prayer requests are confidential. If you would like to place someone on the prayer chain list, please email Prayer Chain at prayerchain@clcwc.org. After three months, the name will be removed unless updates are sent to prayerchain@clcwc.org; updates will add 1 month to the time on the list.
