Calvary strives to be a welcoming community where the breadth and diversity of God’s family is celebrated. Whatever the make up of your particular family (young couples with children, families with teenagers or tweens, empty nesters, grandparents, singles, seniors, single parents, or families in transition) we will receive you, offer care and support you in your faith journey.
Our family andyouth programs provide a safe place to grow in God’s love. We want Calvary to be a place where your family can come together to worship, pray, explore, learn, and interact with other Christian families who are wrestling with the same issues you are.
A place where you can be refreshed and renewed to go out among God’s people and minister on God’s behalf.
Our goal is for you to experience and understand that knowing God can be fun! We want your children to believe that they are loved beyond imagination. We want your teens and older kids to feel that God’s love will travel with them wherever they go. We want everyone in our church family to learn how to serve God’s wider family and share God’s love. And, we want you to know that the Calvary community is committed to caring about you, and is interested in who you are and who you are becoming. We love you as a fellow traveler and a brother or sister in Christ.
While I’m still somewhat new here at Calvary, I am always honored when members share part of their personal and faith stories with me – whether they’re challenges, joys, or sorrows. For me, the Gospel comes alive in relationships and when someone allows me to accompany them along life’s journey for a time.
I’m excited and passionate about opening the door for individuals and families to develop faith for life. Wherever you are in life’s journey, wherever you are on your faith journey, I invite you and your family to walk with us here at Calvary as we discover together God’s grace, and love in our lives. Standing side by side as brothers and sisters in the Body of Christ.
